Yosef Sayada, a farmer-artisan, descendant of a farming family from Tunisia, learned the nature of the soil over many years of growing fruit orchards. Although our fruit orchards were known to locals for their special taste, Yosef felt that in order to fully realize the purpose of the land, he had to plant vineyards on it.
He gave great thought to the method of planting, and from his intimate knowledge of the land, Yosef selected and planted grape varieties most suitable for each vineyard plot. To this day, Yosef dedicates all his efforts to extract the best quality from the land, and to grow the best grapes there.
Gidi Sayada, the son of a vine grower, learned the love of the land from his father. As a child, he began studying winemaking as soon as he finished his military service.
Gidi is responsible for managing the winery and wine production; together with expert winemakers, who accompany the production processes from the moment of harvest to the advanced aging processes.
